Disclosure Regarding Unexpected Damages, Theft, or Loss of package during Transit

Waifu and Company is not responsible for any unexpected damages, theft, or loss of the package once it has been shipped. However, all purchases include tracking and up to $100 of insurance at no additional cost. If deemed necessary, customers have the option to purchase additional shipping or signature delivery through or added protection, customers have the option to purchase additional shipping insurance through the “Shipping and Extras" menu. This additional insurance will cover only the cost of the products purchased, as per shipping company policies, which require invoices to process insurance claims. Please note that the value of individual cards inside the boxes cannot be insured under these terms.

Refunds and Cancellations

There are no refunds for any live openings unless under certain circumstances that will be determined by the streamer (i.e. refund before stream begins, exchange for different box opening)

If you would like to request a refund for sealed products, singles or preorders, it must meet the following criteria:

  • Return for sealed product is requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Product returned must be the original item purchased
  • Product must be in sealed, unopened condition
  • If the product cancellation is a preorder, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total cost of the preorder.

If these criteria cannot be met, your return may not be processed.
