Returned orders

When we ship you an order you are emailed with a tracking number. It’s the buyer's responsibility to make the appropriate arrangements to receive the set package. If the item is returned to sender, we will reach out to you and let you know that the item was returned to sender. It is up to the purchaser to then have us resend the package at buyers’ expense or have the transaction refunded minus shipping and any applicable merchant fees (i.e. PayPal merchant fees).
